SRINIVAS CHILLARA

One of only three CSPs in India, Srinivas is an independent consultant and development coach, especially for Scrum/XP teams. He works mainly in the area of Software Project Management and software engineering process definition and implementation. He has significant experience in contributing to corporate practices, which raise level of development effort in terms of speed and quality of construction.
Srinivas has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked within various technical areas and application domains, in companies such as IONA, PACE software and Citicorp, executing projects for clients such as Citibank and NSE (National Stock Exchange, India). He has lead development teams following XP (eXtreme Programming) and Scrum, the standard waterfall lifecycle (CMM) environment, as well as a mix of both. Srinivas has had occasion to work in four countries (India, UK, USA, and Ireland). He also has recent experience as a process consultant and trainer for several companies. Srinivas also has significant expertise in the area of test strategy and management.
